Now when you tune in to hear BLUEGRASS TRACKS on Windstream Channel 4 you can see the song title and artist name onscreen. As a song begins to play, a text crawl with the artist and song name, album and record company information now appears at the bottom of your television screen. The crawl will cycle through three times. So now you can listen in to great bluegrass music, see community announcements and local weather information onscreen, and catch the song information, too.
Following the artist & title, an album tracking number (i.e.: #004) is presented. You can use that number here on the website to find out more information about the album. Just use the links at the top of the right column.
BLUEGRASS TRACKS is a radio-type music show which can be heard on Windstream Channel 4 in Northeast Georgia & Western North Carolina featuring a wide variety of bluegrass music, from the high-lonesome sounds of Bill Monroe to modern vocalists like Rhonda Vincent and Alison Krauss. You'll also hear great local and regional bluegrass and traditional mountain music.
The show is hosted by Jon C. Moon of Blairsville. He created the show after the popularity of Roots & Branches, a local TV show he produces on Windstream Channel 4. More about Bluegrass Tracks...
